Unnati Fortune Group to invest INR 1500 million on its Noida Expressway project with Jindal Steel & Power Ltd

Unnati Fortune Group, renowned Noida-based real estate developer has tied up with JSPL for their project named Unnati World at Sector-144 on Main Noida Expressway, adjoining the under construction Metro Station and proposed ISBT. Unnati World is an upcoming IT/ITES project with facilities of luxurious residential and commercial development from the well renowned developer Unnati Fortune Group. Located in the business district of Noida – Greater Noida Expressway, Sector 144 is, few minutes away from South Delhi and other key locations of NCR, well connected via the DND flyway, FNG Corridor, Noida Delhi Link Road and Kalandi Kunj. It is planned and designed by renowned international architecture firm ARCOP.
Unnati Fortune Group is awarding the contract to JSPL, for development of the Unnati Fortune Group’s retail-cum-office tower, on Unnati World. JSPL is India’s leading private sector steel producer and among the world’s most illustrious steel companies.
"This tower, being constructed by JSPL will be made of composite steel in India," said Mr. Anil Mithas, Managing Director, Unnati Fortune Group, adding, "The composite technology is a paradigm shift from the conventional construction methodology, bringing in better efficiencies of time and thereby giving better returns to all stakeholders, mitigating various risks associated to indirect overheads, cost overruns and external variables.
The tower is a part of the 25-acre prime land of Unnati World project in Noida Sector-144 near Metro Station and proposed ISBT. The company will start its construction very soon and will aim to complete by the end of next fiscal year. On its part, the Noida Authority has already laid down all the necessary infrastructure, namely, electricity, water supply, sewage lines and road networks routes supplementing for faster developments across the region.
The complete order for the Phase –I, of the project would be around INR150 crore. Around 5000 tonnes of the highest grade of steel will be used for this project. The total space in the tower would be 8.5 lakh sq ft. of built up area, said Mr. Mithas.
Sector 144, located on Noida Expressway is one of the newly developing sector coming in close proximity to IT Zone where in companies like Dell, Newgen, Global Logic, Excel and United Health Group etc are already functional and work force of around 20,000 or more are already working here. The land use of Sector 144 is envisaged as a mix of high density high rise residential, institutional, recreational, transport and commercial land use premises. Unnati World will be advantageous of being planned next to Sector-144 Metro Station. The metro station will further boost the connectivity and upcoming businesses along the proposed mixed use development. Unnati World is surrounded by many of the MNCs like Accenture, Met life, Samsung, KPMG, Indiamart etc. Hence, construction of Commercial Tower in Unnati World will boost Noida Economy.
